Why We Do This
This outing started in 2010 ̶ with a purpose. My mother had just beaten breast cancer, and as a family, we wanted to do something to remember the battle we faced as family. We asked mom what was most important to her ̶ she has always had a special place for children, having 5 of her own. She wanted to help make a difference to kids battling with cancer, and thus our journey here began.
Prize Raffle This Year
This year, we will be running a slightly different prize raffle since we will not have an official dinner ceremony after the event.
We will have some amazing gifts for the raffle. Details regarding the format will be provided as we get closer to the event. Stay tuned.
We will also be awarding gift cards, trophies and plaques from proximity prizes.
